39 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for breast implant removal of her 8 yr old 375cc silicone breast implants due to pain, firmness and general health concerns.  Breast implant removal and Capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary crease incision. Results are noted at 1 month post-op.
