41 yr old patient presented for evaluation and discussion of options for because of her desire for smaller, more symmetric breast, smaller areolas, for an implant exchange and to have less droop. Examination was remarkable for nipple areolar malpositioning and breast asymmetry.
Breast revision surgery included: breast implant exchange with 234cc silicone gel implants, pocket modification and bilateral breast lift (mastopexy).

21 yr old patient presented for evaluation and discussion regarding breast revision surgery and implant exchange. Examination was remarkable for breast asymmetry with lateral displacement.

34 yr old patient presented for evaluation and discussion for treatment options relating to her large breasts, sagging breasts, uneven breasts, asymmetry of the breast, and desire for smaller more balanced breasts. Examination was remarkable for breast implant displacement, contracture, and an enlarged and asymmetrical nipple areolar circumference.
Breast revision surgery including: breast implant exchange with 371cc silicone gel implants, pocket revision, implants repositioning and nipple areolar reduction was performed.

37 year old patient presented for evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal of her 12 year old saline implants. Patient was concerned with displacement of the right implant, chest pain, and inflammatory health issues.
Removal of her 270cc saline implants with capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary incision. Results are noted at 5 weeks post-op.

18 year old patient presented for evaluation and consultation of tubular breasts and congenital asymmetry.
Treatment options were discussed relating to asymmetric breast shape, large nipple/areola, drooping/sagging breasts and nipple areolar position.
Dr. Rudderman repositioned the breast tissue to achieve a more natural, age appropriate and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
After photos demonstrate the outcome as early as 3 weeks post-op.

24 year old patient presented for evaluation and consultation of tubular breasts and congenital asymmetry.
Treatment options were discussed relating to breast shape, excessive areolar size, droopy breasts and asymmetric nipple areolar position.
Surgery was performed to reposition breast tissue, reduce areolar size, remove excess skin and improve shape.

Breast implant removal with en bloc capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary incision. Original implant size was 325cc saline with no capsular contracture and other intraoperative defects. Results are noted 6 weeks post-op.

59 year old patient presented for evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal of her 25 year old silicone implants. Patient was concerned with hardening, soreness and overall health.
Breast Implant removal with capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary incision. Original implant size was 255cc silicone gel with Baker Grade IV capsular contracture and bilateral rupture. Results are noted at 6 weeks post-op.
