Patient Case #6973

In these before and after photos you see a 25 year old patient who came to Dr. Rudderman for evaluation and consultation of tubular congenital breasts. The clinical exam found she had significant asymmetry of the nipple-areolar contour and position, volume of the breast and inframammary crease position and contour. A mastopexy with an Inverted T approach was performed.

Patient Case #6972

The before and after photos are of a 49 yr old patient who came to Dr. Rudderman for evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal of her 13-year-old, 425cc saline implants due to unresolved health issues over the years.  Breast implant removal and total capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary crease incision.  Results shown are 4 weeks post-op.

Patient Case #6971

Before and after photos of a 58 year old patient came to Dr. Rudderman for evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal of 23 year old  implants and options for breast lift. Her 420cc saline breast implants were removed with total capsulectomy through an inframammary crease incision.  A breast lift was also performed with an Inverted T approach.  Results shown are 3 weeks post-op.

Patient Case #6941

These before and after photos show a 34 year old female with small breast (mammary hypoplasia) and mild asymmetry. The patient desired larger breast that are appropriate for her frame, natural shape. The patient underwent breast augmentation through an inframammary incision (in the breast crease) and sub pectoral (under the muscle ) with a smooth surface silicone gel 330 moderate profile implant.

The patient is very pleased with her augmentation.

Patient Case #6940

In these before and after breast implant removal and capsulectomy surgery pictures you see a 51 year old female with history of breast augmentation 20 years ago with 270 cc saline filled smooth implants. She had concerns regarding possibility of breast implant illness including palpitations, shortness of breath fatigue, brain fog (cognitive issues) with normal blood work and evaluation.

She underwent breast implant removal and capsulectomy, and has healed well with resolution of prior breast implant illness symptoms.

Patient Case #4459

These before and after photos show front and side views of a 43 year old patient, with 6 year old implants. The procedure performed was a bilateral breast implant removal/capsulectomy. A capsulectomy is the surgical removal of removal of abnormally thick, hardened tissue that forms around breast implants. The after photos were taken 1 year post op.

Patient Case #2462

A 50 yr old female patient requested an evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal. She had 10+ year old breast implants and wished to discuss options for a breast lift.  Dr. Rudderman removed her 225cc silicone breast implants with a total capsulectomy through an inframammary crease incision.  A breast reduction and lift surgery was also performed and an Inverted T approach was used.  The results of this surgery are noted below. Patient Case #2457

18 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for tubular breasts with asymmetry.  Bilateral mastopexy was performed through an inverted T approach (incisions around the areola, vertically from areola to breast crease, and under the breast).  Results are noted at 14 days post op.

Patient Case #2447

Before and after photos for a 32-year-old patient concerned with congenital breast asymmetry and droopy breasts.  A breast lift with an inverted T approach was performed on the right breast and a small reduction was performed on the left breast.  The results shown are two weeks post-op.
